Brittney Anne Steuerwald, Chief Executive Officer
Brittney Anne serves as Chief Executive Officer of Power Concepts, bringing more than 25 years of leadership, management, and operational experience to the company. A retired United States Coast Guard Senior Chief Petty Officer (E-8), Brittney built a distinguished career leading diverse teams, managing complex operations, and developing personnel across multiple commands.
As CEO of Power Concepts, Brittney provides executive leadership and strategic direction for the company's consulting services in aviation and marine fuels, operations, maintenance, inventory management, accounting, environmental compliance, and government contracting. Her proven ability to lead organizations, build high-performing teams, and deliver results continues to drive Power Concepts' commitment to excellence and client success.
Brian Steuerwald, President
Brian is a nationally recognized expert in aviation and marine fuel operations with more than 30 years of experience spanning engineering, fuel operations, maintenance, quality assurance, inventory accounting, environmental compliance, and government contracting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, a Master of Science in Engineering Management, and a Master of Business Administration.
Throughout his career, Brian has held leadership positions with the U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Navy, Airlines for America, and private industry, supporting both private and public operations worldwide. His extensive expertise includes fuel quality management, operational risk assessments, infrastructure evaluations, supply chain optimization, maintenance programs, inventory accountability, and regulatory compliance.
As President of Power Concepts, Brian leads the company's consulting practice, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise. Known for delivering practical, results-driven solutions, he helps clients improve performance, reduce risk, control costs, and achieve mission success.
Kyler Juillerat, Consultant/Inspector
Kyler Juillerat is an emerging aviation fuel operations professional with hands-on experience in fuel facility operations, maintenance, fuel quality surveillance, and safety compliance. Over the past four years, he has served in a variety of operational and maintenance roles supporting airport fuel systems, gaining practical experience in fuel receipt, storage, distribution, quality control, and facility maintenance.
Kyler's background includes work with commercial aviation fuel facilities where he performed fuel quality testing, terminal and pipeline operations, equipment maintenance, operational oversight, and safety compliance activities in accordance with industry standards. His experience has provided him with a strong understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by fuel facility operators and maintenance personnel.
As a Consultant and Inspector with Power Concepts, Kyler supports operational risk assessments, facility inspections, and consulting engagements involving aviation fuel operations, maintenance, fuel quality, environmental compliance, and safety programs. His attention to detail, commitment to continuous learning, and practical field experience help clients identify risks, improve operational performance, and maintain compliance with industry requirements.
